Quoted a price… agreed to the price then tires were put on my vehicle and then said it was $600 dollars more than what he quoted me. Then told him to take the tires off and he said nope that they are mine and sticker was already peeled off. DONT GO THERE if you don’t want to be ripped off!

We were driving back home to Austin when we got a flat tire. We stopped here right before closing, and they helped us to quickly get back on the road. The employee who changed the tire was very kind, and the price was definitely reasonable, especially given our predicament. Highly recommend!

Due to the failure of my emergency roadside assistance through my insurance company. I paid a friend of a friend to put a tire on my class A RV. About 12 miles south of Waco a young man pulled up beside the RV and began making strange hand gestures. I pulled off of I 35 and noticed that all but 1 of my rear passenger side lug nuts had sheared off. I had to call 911 to find out what little town I was in. An officer from the Lorena, TX PD found me and proceeded to call around to find someone who could come get me back on the road. Bills sent 2 men out without hesitation. They had to source a new rim and lug nuts then put it all together with vehicles flying by and rocking the beast like a crazy cradle. The cost was much lower than I expected. Within a few hours I was back on the road with 600 miles ahead of me. I am forever grateful to Bill's Discount Tire and the police officer who came to my aid. Thank you, thank you!
